Case Manager
Location: Recovery Center Campus (Grand Rapids)Summary
This position is responsible for case management services, assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, group lecture and didactic, facilitating groups, maintaining and ensuring all paperwork is completed routinely, timely and accurately.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in human services with CAC or MCBAP development plan eligible. Masters Degree with CAAC or MCBAP development plan preferred. Knowledge of group dynamics. Must be a skilled communicator with highly developed written and verbal skills. Experience in residential setting and familiarity with criminal justice system are preferred.
